    North Bay resident and recently retired, Jamie had an extensive career in Foodservice Sales, Marketing, Retail Operations, and General Management with executive-level leadership experience at blue chip companies such as Kellogg’s, Starbucks, and Sysco—an energetic and passionate leader with a proven track record of building high-performing diverse teams that deliver results.

    Rod Bilz, Director of Operations

    Recently retired from a successful North Bay environmental consulting business that Rod formed in 1996. Extensive experience in land use planning, development, and environmental approvals. Volunteer service includes the North Bay Active Transportation Advisory Committee, Discovery Routes Trails Organization, North Bay Mountain Bike Association, and Catalyst Plus Voluntary Advisor (Formerly Canadian Executive Services Organization). Rod has strong community engagement knowledge and experience.

    Arshpreet Singh, Project Manager & Community Advisor

    Canadore College graduate and hobbyist photographer, merges his passion for community, digital marketing, and technology with strong project management expertise. He has coordinated IT projects across Canada and contributed to innovative initiatives at Canadore's Research Centre and The Village. His volunteer work with TEDxCanadoreCollege and projects like Social Robots and Intergenerational Programming highlight his dedication to leveraging technology for meaningful community impact.

    Tony Limina, Director

    HBA, CCIB, retired from ownership of Kennedy Insurance Brokers Inc. in 2016. Since then he has been active in Kengap Holdings Inc., a commercial real estate venture in North Bay. Tony’s skill set includes management, marketing, planning, and financial control, acquired during his career with Gulf Oil. In 1983, he moved his family to North Bay and purchased Kennedy Insurance Brokers Inc. Tony has served on the St. Joseph, Civic, and North Bay General Hospital Boards, along with Nipissing University, Patrick4Life, the Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario, and Northern Ontario Angels. He is the Past President of the Rotary Club of North Bay Nipissing leading numerous significant fundraising projects.

    Full-time North Bay resident and former Executive in the Marketing Communications space nationally. Ben has been a leader and community ambassador in the growing Film and Television Industry and was also one of the founding LP Investors in Northern Vision LP of the Yukon.

    Mike Savatovsky is a purpose-driven executive and social entrepreneur with more than 2 years of experience leading charities and startups. A strategic thinker, fundraiser, and educator, Mike has joined initiatives that strengthen the North Bay community, specifically focusing on revitalizing the town's downtown core and waterfront.

    Brannyn Hale, Director

    Born and raised in North Bay, Brannyn has been an entrepreneur and builder for over 20 years. He’s lived from Victoria, BC to NSW Australia, and Halifax, NS where he obtained a Commerce degree from Dalhousie University. He returned to his hometown in 2010 to start Green Vision Developments focused on restoring real estate density in the City core. As a resilient, resourceful, and hardworking entrepreneur, Brannyn has built multiple businesses and partnerships, the most notable being a private residential development located on North Bay’s spectacular waterfront; Vision Park North

    Bob Wilson, Director

    Bob is the third-generation owner of Earl Wilson Electric Limited, which was established in 1971. As a master electrician with over 30 years of experience in the trades Bob has worked with individuals, small and large businesses, general contractors, mining companies, architects, engineers and governing agencies; completing work locally and also across North America, Scandinavia, and Asia building and designing successful, efficient and forward-thinking projects. Over the past four years, Bob has purchased three buildings in the downtown core and has undertaken extensive renovations in each of the buildings to create new commercial and residential spaces to attract business and customers to the downtown.
